SeaTech's Fish Gelatin Powder is Type II collagen, the principal protein found in skin and bones. Our fish gelatin is typically extracted from the skin of deep water fish such as cod, haddock and Pollock. Since the collagen is manufactured only from the skins of kosher fish, it is able to meet the strict kosher standards.
Marine Collagen is hydrolyzed with acid. No genetically modified materials are used. It has a high protein content and is water soluble. It can be used for cosmetic, nutraceutical and food applications.
